We are looking for a hardworking, organized team player to join our team and to be lead in our Final Assembly department.
Your responsibilities would include hanging all doors, drawer fronts, fillers and cabinet hardware and all items to complete the cabinet. To make sure all cabinets are clean and correct to the plans. This position is the final look at the cabinets before delivery, so quality control is crucial. To make sure our timelines and quality standards are met. To keep the Final Assembly area and equipment clean, organized and working in an efficient manner. This position also has some minor supervisory conditions.
Qualifications:
3+ years in cabinet final assembly.
Knowledge of various sheet materials and wood types.
Strong familiarity installing cabinet hardware. Lazy Susans, Trash Pullouts etc
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Be neat, organized and to work efficiently.
Be very reliable and punctual.
