Metal Fabrication Company looking to fill a Laser Operator and Press-Brake Operator Position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Program and operate the CNC laser machine (Amada FO 3015NT Laser)
Operate and maintain machinery in press brake department
Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Form parts to customer specifications
Self-start and be productive without supervision
Work in a fast-pace environment with priorities that change quickly
Keep work area clean and well organized
Follow all safety rules and quality standards
Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and complete work
Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of fabrication
Press brake experience (1+ year preferred)
Laser Operator experience (1+ year preferred)
Competent at basic dimensional measuring and ability to use precision measurement tools
Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
Strong orientation toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Knowledge of different materials and material thicknesses
Excellent attendance, and team-player attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50lbs frequently
Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
