Rural Development Initiatives, Inc (RDI) is seeking a Finance & Events Coordinator to support our work to build more resilient, equitable, and thriving rural economies in the Pacific Northwest. This position includes a wide range of responsibilities that include providing financial and event logistical support, as well as building and maintaining effective relationships.

Qualifications
Nonprofit experience and with a Bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited college and/or university preferred and 3+ years’ job experience in grant administration, accounting, or project management. Must have strong personal and verbal skills, and a deep understanding and skills to work alongside people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Spanish language proficiency is preferred. We are looking for self starters skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at multi-tasking, with experience working in a collaborative virtual environment with staff and partners in multiple states.
Work Environment
This position may be based at RDI’s Coburg, OR office or in a home office within our Pacific Northwest region; however, employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Coburg, OR office for required in-person work. RDI works on a 36-hour workweek with some flexibility within established hours of operation.
