Location: Monmouth Administrative Office (with periodic travel to outlying offices).
Position Type: Full Time, Hourly Non-exempt

Basic Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED required.
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Pass a State/Federal Criminal History Check with potential fingerprinting check.
-Background screening including employment and education history.
-Pre-employment drug screening (for the use of illegal substances in Oregon).
-Must possess a valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record to drive agency vehicles.
-Be able to be certified and maintain certification with First Aid/CPR.
-Be able to be certified and maintain certification in OIS.
Job Specific Duties:
-Provide training in regard to Billing specific processes and documentation for team members as requested.
-Take notes during team meetings and help the team be organized.
-Schedule team meetings.
-Train new team members on documentation requirements in Therap.
-Assisting and supporting team members in completing ISP information.
-Participate in Licensing Review functions and provide needed support in completing associated tasks to resolve items noted.
Documentation:
-Ensure all necessary documentation per the OARs is complete and filed accordingly.
-Must be extremely organized to know, at any given time, what information is outstanding and its current status.
-Responsible for the completion of “master books” and Therap document storage related to the Tapestry, Job Launch, Life Launch, and Individualized Services departments.
-Maintain numerous Google docs that are utilized by many team members across different departments.
ISP:
-Coordinate ISP meeting dates and appointments including, but not limited to: setting up meeting dates, setting appointments for Tapestry, Job Launch, Life Launch, and IS Coordinators, etc.
-Upload completed documents to Therap, schedule team training, and send service authorization and desired outcomes to Billing Specialists.
-Track change forms and complete change form process including scheduling team training.
-Schedule 60-day ISP reviews and ensure completion of them, documentation is in Therap, and team trainings are scheduled as needed.
-Send out contract expiration reminders.
Data Reviews:
-Complete weekly Therap data reviews for hourly or daily billed services.
-Send internal corrections needed for data reviews, needed billing information, etc. and track completion of these corrections.
Interviews are scheduled for the morning of Jan 31st.
