$25/hr + 5% Bilingual Spanish Language pay

$1,700 HRA account per year
4 mental health days per year
Sick days accrue at 4 hours per pay period - unlimited cap
Vacation days accrue at 4 hours per pay period your first year, then 6 hours after year 2
