We are looking to expand our team. We are a busy, fast-paced chiropractic office searching for a part-time insurance billing specialist with some administrative duties.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Submitting insurance claims and processing payments
Contacting insurance companies to collect information to process claims
Contacting insurance companies and verifying chiropractic benefits
Auditing unpaid, rejected claims
Processing patient billing
Collections
Maintaining patient accounts
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering patient questions
The right candidate must be willing to learn new computer systems (including ChiroTouch patient management system) and ICD coding and must have a general understanding of health insurance and billing. Experience in an office setting with chiropractic billing experience is a must. If you believe you have the skills to be successful as the newest member of our team, please send us the following:
