ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the input and reporting of data relating to production and incoming and outgoing inventory.
Data entry
Query inventory
Maintain inventory integrity by entering and updating required information into computer systems
Production & logistic reports
Back up to the Shipping & Receiving Operations Manager
Answer phones/office support
Help to promote and maintain a positive working environment within the team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Possess good listening and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Be detailed oriented, organized, and have excellent problem-solving skills
Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
