We value professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic, and we’re looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Administrative Assistant.
Position Overview:
As the Assistant Manager/Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our laundromat business and real estate company. You will oversee administrative tasks, customer service, staff coordination, and operational management. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities during weekends and evenings as needed.
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Check and sort mail.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
Create marketing signage and promotional materials.
Input and track work orders.
Order supplies and maintain inventory.
Update the company website and social media pages.
Operations & Management:
Review security camera footage as needed.
Schedule staff and manage shift coverage.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training staff.
Respond to customer comments, complaints, and questions promptly.
Process refunds and resolve customer issues.
Facility Oversight:
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities.
Support staff with cleaning duties if needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cleaning and/or administrative roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
On-call for weekends and evenings as needed.
