Position: Quality Assurance Trainer
Location: Salem, Oregon
Pay: $18.00-18.50 per hour
Availability: Between 3:00 PM and 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring sites meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll lead by example, providing training and assessment to the team. Your dedication to excellence will uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify contract specifications are met to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct inspections and follow-up to maintain quality standards.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Provide training and direction to custodial employees.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of custodial operations experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; Spanish communication is preferred.
Ability to operate equipment and perform tasks.
