We’re currently looking for a motivated Countertop Sales Associate to join our front office team and help guide customers through the exciting process of choosing their dream countertops.
Job Summary
As a Countertop Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company—greeting clients, understanding their needs, and helping them select materials and options that match their style, budget, and project goals. From the first walk-in to the final signature, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone/email inquiries
Educate clients on material options (granite, quartz, quartzite, etc.)
Create and present project quotes and estimates
Guide customers through the sales process from selection to contract to scheduling.
Coordinate with templating, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure the schedule works.
Maintain showroom appearance and sample inventory
Build relationships with designers, contractors, and homeowners
Follow up on leads and stay organized using our internal systems
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience (stone or construction industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read drawings and understand basic measurements
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computer software (email, estimating tools, ETC)
Bilingual is a plus
