Locally owned and operated company which specializes in contract building is looking for an experienced, administrative assistant for our asset manager. Mon - Fri, 9-5 (and an occasional, Sunday)
Fast paced, fun and always changing work environment.
Responsibilities:
Help prepare and distribute needed reports
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Ordering
Audit resident files
Collect and save local market surveys
Cover for onsite staff as needed, including emergency phones - Roving - week day travel required
Assist with accounts receivable/ payable
Set up vendor accounts
Document filing
Create spreadsheets and correspondence as requested
Provide administrative support to leadership team
Assist with marketing and web updates
Assist leadership with miscellaneous items needed to complete tasks
Property inspections - Done on foot, in all weather
Assist construction with punch lists and other related items
Any other items as needed

Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on proper grammar
Ability to work on a tight timeline
Proficiency in MS Office - Intermediate to Advanced level Excel

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years + administrative experience in a professional setting
Customer Service Experience a plus
Current Drivers license with reliable transport
