We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to live/work at the
property and assist the manager with daily duties in the role of Leasing Agent/Porter.
Compensation package: $1800/month cash salary plus $1700 full monthly rent credit
This position offers on-site living in a smoke free community.
Required Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
-Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrates a desire for continuous professional development
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize
-Must be honest, dependable and demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity
-Desire to learn about property management
-Team player
-Must be able to take constructive criticism
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with large variety of people by phone, e-mail
and in person
-Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
-Ability to learn and practice Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing daily
-Must be extremely organized
-Must be flexible
-Positive attitude and ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Must be able to pass mandatory drug screening and criminal background
-Provide EXCELLENT customer service
-Give community tours daily
-Maintaining curb appeal by cleaning up garbage and dog stations on-site
-Minor maintenance
-Enforcement of community rules and regulations
-Must be able to climb stairs to post notices and/or newsletters
-Answer phone and email inquiries
-General office work and cleaning
-Able to be on call for emergencies
- Weekends required
- Maintain Pool Year round
- Exposure to weather in all seasons
