Chaparral Mobile Ranch, a family-owned manufactured housing community, is seeking a couple to share responsibility or a well-rounded individual to lead and manage our aged 55+ community. Due to community age restrictions, applicant(s) must be 40 years of age or older, and cannot have a spouse or dependents under the age of 40 living with them.
Responsibilities:
Live on-site and manage daily operations
Enforce rules and regulations
Perform maintenance and repairs
Handle resident inquiries
Collect rent
Screen prospective tenants
Required skills:
communication, organization and problem-solving
maintenance and repair
computer: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
With the ability to:
quickly learn new systems
work independently and as part of a team
lead and supervise staff and contractors
handle conflict and resolve disputes
Compensation
Monthly salary + Housing (2br, 2ba) including all utilities & wi-fi
Vacation accrual each month
