Daily Duties would include:
1) Cleaning up grounds at properties
2) Cleaning Laundry Rooms
3) Reporting Lease violations to Management
4) Changing out Light Bulbs and Smoke Detector Batteries
5) Assisting Maintenance Staff with turnovers and work orders
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to travel within the Salem Metro Area
Be Licensed and Insured
