About this position:
Conducts sales activities by understanding customer’s needs, projects or dreams while serving them with superior customer service and growing the company’s customer base through new relationships. This is done by practicing good interpersonal skills and principles resulting in an exceptional customer satisfaction experience.
You will be responsible for:
Representing the store and company in a positive manner while promoting and exhibiting superior customer service
Assisting customers to make informed purchase decisions to accomplish their project
Being a steward for a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees
Conducting sales with both current and potential customers
Maintain customer confidence by exhibiting product knowledge and being a resource to answer questions or solve problems that the customer may be experiencing
Creating and maintaining relationships that ultimately grows our customer base
Embodying the company values and put customers first

Wages:
Base salary of $40,000/year plus a monthly bonus opportunity
