Responsibilities for Customer Service Sales
assess each customer's needs to recommend appropriate goods and services or direct them to a team member to do so.
Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
Have a positive attitude.
Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
Accurately record customer information, sales orders, or other information on the computer or in written form
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Must be comfortable working by themselves and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
Good organization and attention to detail
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment but be able to self-task when not busy.
