Local insurance company is looking for an agency team member to assist in achieving growth goals and customer retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting business owners through digital marketing, social media and telemarketing. The primary role of this individual is to identify new markets and potential new prospects in those markets to set qualified appointments. Candidate must enjoy sales, have verifiable work history & the desire to obtain their Oregon property & casualty license in 60 days of employment.
Responsibilities
Identifies cross selling opportunities
Prospects and initiates new business sales
Assists in the processing of new business
Identifies Mass Marketing prospects, utilizing existing book of business.
Assists in establishing a direct mailing plan with follow-up contact.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints
Excellent verbal and written communication
