Integrated Solutions is looking to hire a sales/technically oriented person to contact and liaise with business customers to provide estimates for the installation of fire and intrusion alarm systems, surveillance camera systems, card access systems, VoIP phone systems and data cabling.
Integrated Solutions, a premiere Oregon low voltage contractor, provides all the listed above disciplines to businesses and government entities in Oregon. Consequently, we are looking for qualified individuals to add to our team.
This position requires travel to customer sites in and around the Willamette Valley, extensive interactions with people, significant computer use, and some knowledge of electronic systems and construction.
Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and personal relationships.
· Search for and bid on available projects on bidding sites.
· Create and nurture relationships with Contractors and other business partners.
· Engineer, create and present estimates.
· Schedule sales appointments and activities.
· Promote products/services to new and existing customers.
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers.
· Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship.
· Develop strategies for more effective sales closing.
· Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value.
· Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction and provide a world class customer experience.
· Source and develop client referrals.
· Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
· Continuously improve through feedback
Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications
· Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
· Highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
· Proven track record in the sales environment.
· Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
· Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
· Expert in time management and personal organization.
· Familiarity with BRM and CRM best practices

Compensation
Salary plus commission. Salary and benefits dependent on experience. Includes paid holidays and vacation. Other perks are negotiable. Technical training as required. Full or part time.
