Responsibilities and Duties
Prospect for leads through personal, professional network, and local community involvement
Present options based on needs assessment and relationship building
Sell products including Home, Auto, Life, Specialty, and Commercial
Represent Farmers in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication and SALES skills
Great at building relationships
No bankruptcies within the last 12 months
Credit Review: $1,000 or less in collections on your credit history
Favorable criminal record with no felonies
Possess or be willing to obtain Oregon Property & Casualty License
Possess or be willing to obtain Oregon Life & Health License
