Sales and Marketing Coordinator: Starting at $54K yearly
All Star Labor and Staffing is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a manufacturing company in the Newberg area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Expense Account Management. Tracks and summarizes expenses and visa receipt entries.
Maintains the product change requests for company catalogs.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. i.e. submitting assets to dealer portals.
Provides dealer support by providing product, promotion, and pricing information based on dealer requests via phone or e-mail.
Proofreading, tracking projects, and communicate status.
Updating sales presentations
Track and report on marketing spend. Sends/tracks advertising materials to various publications.
Coordinates the inventory and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, order guides, & promotional materials
Support VP of Sales, VP of Marketing/Strategy, and Sr Marketing Manager for calendars, scheduling, travel, expense reporting, etc.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience in supporting sales and/or marketing.
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excel experience with formulas is a
requirement.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Starting at $54K/yr.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
