Do you enjoy a fast pace and helping people? We have a seasonal customer service position available. The Customer Advocate provides an exceptional experience entering orders from our dealers on the phone.

Essential Duties of the Customer Advocate
â¢ Own the customer experience â accountable for actively listening to customers, providing single-contact resolution, and communicating with peers to share information and issues
â¢ Data Entry â accountable for inputting orders accurately, timely, efficiently, and for notating accounts appropriately
Compensation and Hours
This seasonal position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of becoming permanent at the end of our busy season. We offer competitive pay at $14.00 an hour.
