One room has a large window of the street view/parking area.
The second room has water hookups.
You are free to paint/decorate the room to your business style.
The rooms would be great for massage therapists, estheticians, hair stylists, lash artists, permanent makeup, waxing, etc.
If you are a new lash tech, I am willing to help you with your training.
I provide all cleaning/supplies for the common areas as well as a fridge & microwave.
Requirements: I will ask you to provide proof of your state license. A $300 deposit to move in (you will get the full thing back as long as there’s no extensive damage.) $550 a month for rent. Lease is month to month. You are an independent contractor, so you will need your own business name and payment processing system.

I would love to get other professionals in here to work together with, refer clients and help each other succeed! I am very laid back, a single mama, and I just want to love where and who I work with!
I just took over this building and remodeled. Now, I am in the process of getting the space renamed and rebranded. It will be “DIVINE BEAUTY COLLECTIVE” out front with each of our individual business names or services listed on the windows/doors.
