Brenner LLP, a public accounting firm in Salem, is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team.

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing the company software, hardware and networks. This includes diagnosis, communication, account service, problem resolution and training across all systems to ensure the technology infrastructure runs effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test and administer hardware and software systemsDocument systems and processesDetect and resolve system issuesMaintain user accountsResolve user requests in a timely manner and follow up to ensure that issues have been fixedCommunicate technical solutions and train staff (individually and in groups) in a user friendly and professional mannerWork alongside existing IT staff to maintain, upgrade and assist as neededAll other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with Windows 2008-2016, 7, 10Experience with Office 365 ManagementActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, IISExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to multi task in stressful situations and maintain and a professional attitudeSound understanding of computer hardware and networkingStrong attention to detailMust be able to lift 15-20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.xKnowledge of Linux systemsExperience with MS SQL, PowershellAssociates degree or greater in computer science or related field and 3-5 years system administrator experienceMicrosoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)CompTIA Server+ VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
