About the Role:
We are seeking a CNC Set-Up Specialist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery used to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC mills (preferably HAAS), the ability to read blueprints, and a basic understanding of G-code. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and programming team to produce complex tooling for orthopedic and turbine engine applications.
Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate CNC milling machines
-Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
-Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
-Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
-Follow all safety, quality, and production protocols
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ years of CNC machining or set-up experience preferred
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
-Familiarity with measuring tools and performing quality control checks
-Basic understanding of G-code
-Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Dependable with a positive attitude
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow procedures accurately
-Must be drug-free
