Door Repair Replace is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Helper / Shop Assistant. This is an ideal position for someone interested in getting started in the construction and trades field.
About the Position:
You’ll work both on-site and in the shop, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of tasks, including:
-Assisting with door and window installations and repairs
-Supporting technicians at job sites
-Helping with custom fabrication of various projects
-Organizing tools, cleaning the shop, and maintaining a safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
-Eagerness to learn and take direction
-Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
-Comfortable with basic hand tools (experience is a bonus, but not required)
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
