Nancy Jo's Burgers and Fries is in search for a full time Restaurant Repair and Maintenance Technician to be responsible for completing maintenance on our buildings, restaurant repairs and ground maintenance. Tools and vehicle is provided. You must have a valid Drivers License, your own transportation and auto insurance, a satisfactory and verifiable background. Must be flexible and be able to adapt to changes at the spur of a moment. This is a full-time position with some weekends when the emergency repairs need to happen. You will be required to complete checklists on servicing restaurant equipment, plumbing and electrical fixtures, interior and exterior painting, minor sheetrock repair and/or replacement, finish carpentry and cleaning, etc You must be a team player that can work well with the owners' and your fellow co-workers. You must be professional and courteous to others including our customers. You must have good time management skills, have the ability to work alone and without supervision and you must have excellent organizational skills. You must have knowledge of basic maintenance tools, restaurant appliances, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. This position reports to the owner. Be willing to get trained to be a back up cook in emergency situations.
