Active CCB License in Oregon
Active Insurance & Workers Comp
Your own equipment and unmarked vehicles.
Ability to read, follow, and execute contracts
Ability to communicate with homeowners with a great attitude and problem solving skills.
You must be willing to wear our company uniforms and not represent any other company.
Amazing Clean-Up & Customer Service.

Trade Specific Requirements
Siding Experience
Framing Experience
Clean & Professional Cuts
Clean & Professional Caulking
Residential Experience
Install Windows & Doors Professionally and Correctly
Painting Experience is a bonus.
Amazing Clean-Up & Customer Service.
Specific Tool Requirements
Trailer (you are responsible for debris generated by the project)
Scaffolding / Pump Jacks / Capable from Ladders
All other tools necessary to complete Siding & Carpentry Work.
Crew Size
Any size crew is fine as long as the work is good, you're easy to work with and treat my customers right.
