Most of our drivers have been here for 2-8 years, we have very little turnover because of how people are treated. Lease Owner Operators earn 80% of load rate, which includes truck financing, company signs, dispatch, trailer rent, and use of our fuel card with substantial discounts (30-95 cents per gallon). Example earnings: a solo driver can make 3 trips a month from CA - OR - OK - CA, grossing $30,000 - $32,000. After all expenses, would take home $7000 to $9,000 while buying your own truck. Husband/wife teams are easily seeing $14,000 - $15,000 take home while buying their own truck.
While starting out and proving yourself for a short time, drivers earn .55 cents for solo, or .65 cents for team (DOE) for all odometer miles.
We have dedicated year round loads from California - Oregon, Oregon to the Midwest. We will keep you as busy as you want to be, aggressive solos are legally driving 14,000 miles a month.
We have newer equipment (2021 - 2024 Western Stars) that is properly maintained, with things fixed right away. Our USDOT safety score is top notch. Prepass works (green lights).
