The Counter Sales Associate deals directly with our customers on a daily basis to ensure they have a positive experience. As a member of the branch team, this will primarily be accomplished through the selling of HVAC products, taking customer orders, following up on existing orders, and looking up and ordering parts while providing excellent customer service. This position will regularly be asked to support other branch activities to ensure its success. This will include, but is not limited to, helping with warehouse duties such as loading/unloading deliveries, picking materials for next-day orders, and assisting in the receiving and restocking of parts/products. This may involve using a forklift, inventory management, safety, and other duties as required.We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Tigard, Oregon.
