We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Customer Care Specialist.  The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on excellent customer service.  The Customer Care Center shift is 8:30am - 4:30pm PST.  This position is a fully remote schedule after training.Primary Responsibilities:Performs customer scheduling functions via high-volume customer phone calls and emailsCommunicates with team members regarding schedule additions/changesCommunicates with hospital staff and/or doctors regarding schedule additions/changesEnters and updates work orders within an online scheduling systemUpdates customer notes in CRM systemConducts confirmation callsProvides general office assistance
