job detailsjob summary:Join our team as a Transmission Engineer for underground transmission line projects, where you'll take charge of the technical design and execution of complex projects. If you have expertise in underground transmission line engineering, particularly with trenchless installation methods, this position will provide you with the opportunity to lead project teams, work closely with clients, and contribute to innovative infrastructure solutions.You will be expected to:
Serve as the technical lead for underground transmission line design, bringing expertise in high-voltage systems and underground utility projects.
Manage all aspects of underground transmission projects, including trenchless installation techniques, from concept through completion.
Actively participate in project management meetings, resource allocation, and work planning to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews, mentoring junior engineers in best practices and project standards.
Candidates should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
At least 5 years of experience in electrical or transmission line engineering.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, and motor vehicle record reviews, in compliance with relevant laws.
