We’ll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential.About the role:The On-Premise Manager Oregon/Idaho is responsible for superior execution in the On-Premise across Oregon & Idaho and assists in the attainment of the market level channel plan. This role will be directly responsible for assigned key influential customer accounts. In addition, this person will lead in the communication and execution of the channel marketing initiatives plans across the market.Role, Key Deliverables:

Performance Management

Assist in Channel Plan Attainment in market

Assist in National Strategy & Segmentation Adherence in region

Top Account Management

Wiring across functions (Performance, Activation, NRM, etc.)

Broker Engagement

Joint Business Planning with Customer & Broker

Financial Management

State Legislative OP Compliance

Role, Key Responsibilities:

Build and assist in Diageo’s On-Premise plan for spirits in specified market in conjunction with the Regional Director On-Premise and local broker teams

Accountable for actively identifying and communicating gaps/opportunities of the channel plan to their respective Regional Director On-Premise.

Work cross functionally to assist in the local allocation of resources, such as trade, A&P, and incremental spending

Drive connectivity between broker, local accounts & agency team to align overall goals and programming plans

Collaborate with central On-Premise Strategy and Marketing Directors for any market needs and opportunities, and act as the overall in-market field expert to the central On-Premise team

Accountable for key must win account relationships in region

First point of contact for any issues/challenges/opportunities at the market level

Communicates all channel programming/initiatives to local teams to ensure understanding & gain feedback

Experience / skills required:

College graduate with 4+ years of experience

Direct On-Premise/customer experience preferred

Experience in direct buyer/decision maker across Multi Unit outlets preferred

Distributor/Broker experience/management a plus

Expected to be extremely self-motivated and goal-oriented

Strong organizational, communication and influencing skills are required

Experience working across a diverse beverage alcohol distributor network preferred (Open, Control and Franchise states)
