As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is based in Wilsonville, Oregon.Job Responsibilities:As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Collections:
Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
Negotiating payment plans and resolving payment issues.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries related to invoices and payments.
Establishing positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth communication.
Payment Applications:
Accurately applying payments to customer accounts in QuickBooks.
Reconciling discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation.
Schedule:This is a part-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Approximately 20-30 hours per week.Requirements
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
Familiarity with QuickBooks software is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
