We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
This role is essential in providing exceptional customer focus and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in coachability, and have a passion for client services. Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not needed. If you qualify, you must pass a criminal background check.

Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat and video chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information to enhance their experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for service improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and calls effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable but Not needed.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but Not needed.
- Strong learning skills with the ability to explain products or services when appropriate.
- Proficient in some Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various computer applications.
- Moderate typing skills with attention to detail for accurate entry.
- Attention to details to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
