World of Wonder Preschool & Childcare Center is now hiring for a full time assistant Preschool Teacher. This position will require you to work with preschool children and school age children in the afternoon. Hours will be Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm. Applicant MUST have at least 2 years of experience working with children this age in a child care center. We are in search of an applicant who is dedicated and loves working with young children. The right person for the job should be able to follow all dpw regulations, follow and maintain a class schedule and routine. Applicant should be able to help assist in planning and implementing daily/ weekly lesson plans and daily age appropriate activities. Excellent communication skills with parents, co workers is a must. Applicant must be reliable, dependable, and a team player. Appilcant should be outgoing and flexible. Applicant should have some experience dealing with special needs children and children with behavior problems. All clearences and required paper work must be completed before start date. There are required trainings that must be completed before start date. Must be Pediatric first aid and cpr certified. Position is available to start immediately. Paid holidays after 3 months and week of paid vacation after one year.
