Our Lehigh Valley office is currently seeking a motivated and talented person with strong technical skills and 3+ years of experience to join our growing studio.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with healthcare renovation projects not required, but a plus.
Interior Designer skills not required, but a plus.
Drafting skills required.
Specification writing skills not required, but a plus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Strong skills using Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
Experience in the preparation of design development and construction documents.
Knowledge of construction systems and the ability to coordinate with technical consultants / engineers.
Knowledge of architectural detailing and familiarity with building systems.
DESIGN SENSIBILITY, INTERPERSONAL, AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Self-directed, with a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative.
Good communication ability and excellent critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
The ability to work well within a project team structure.
