We are currently seeking a Transportation Construction Inspector to join our team in Bath, PA. Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and document construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Review and interpret plans, layouts, and safety regulations.
Perform routine material tests (e.g., concrete, soils).
Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, and elevation of structures, fixtures, and pavement.
Gather and maintain project records.
Report to and support the office Project Manager.
Work independently while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in transportation construction inspection or a related field.
High school diploma required. Additional experience may substitute.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work various shifts, including night shifts and overtime.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 25 lbs.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and iPad usage.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Must adhere to KSE and project-specific safety rules.
