Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse operations to assure facility compliance, safety and production.

  • Supervise and communicate with other sites and corporate teams to coordinate work.

  • Monitor, track and document inventory management and compliance within the facility per permit requirements.

  • Communicate to management facility needs, difficulties and changes in operations.

  • Assist with the facilitation, preparation, and shipping of hazardous waste.

  • Communicate with customers about which materials will be accepted into the warehouse.

  • Facilitate and participate in daily, weekly and monthly warehouse audits.

  • Monitor and facilitate facility organization and cleanliness.

  • Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience, Knowledge, and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preference given to candidates holding an associates or bachelor’s degree or advanced technical training

  • Prior supervisory experience within the e-waste and u-waste industry strongly preferred

  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required

  • Advanced computer skills required

  • Extremely organized and attention to detail required

  • Excellent math skills required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience in assisting with Project Management
