National PEO Specialty Sales Representative - HR Services

OverviewSells Company's PEO products and services by developing existing Paychex clients relationships and increasing the PEO client base to increase profits in the National PEO Services Sales organization.Responsibilities

Sells PEO products remotely in order to service prospect country wide and to increase sales and profits.

Presents PEO products and services to final decision-makers and end users within the prospect universe to increase sales and profits.

Partners with HR Professionals to increase PEO referral opportunities within markets.

Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.

Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes

Partners with the COA (client onboarding ambassador) to ensure a successful onboarding to the PEO. Expediting the resolution of client problems or complaints to facilitate a positive onboarding experience.

Analyzes the HR Services client needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate in order to refer them to the appropriate party when necessary.

Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and that issues are handled properly.

Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to ensure information is provided timely.

Develops technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure the company a leader in the market place.

May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.

Acts as role model and mentor for newer team members

Participates in projects and strategic initiatives as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

3 years of experience in Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience.

3 years of experience in Experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training helpful. .

CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $74,000 annually + commission. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

Commensurate work experience will be considered for candidates without a degree. Highly motivated self-starter; must be able to work with minimal supervision and work under pressure in a fast changing environment. Up to 75% travel required in territory; frequent overnight travel required. Ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with customers; clear verbal communication and strong organizational skills; communicate effectively (in person and over the phone) and in writing. Strong presentation skills required. Strong proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
