Daily with OFS customers supporting their unique requirements- Order Entry, Future job activity planning and coordination, Account setup in coordination with Sales and Sales support, Purchase Order processing, Product availability for customer pickup at AP facilities, manual Billing consolidation & support

Delivery scheduling responsibility for the OFS focused plants in Mooreland, OK and Odessa, TX

Maintain key client relationships with customers by providing excellent service

Responsible for internal coordination with OFS Sales, Logistics, Product Supply/ Tactical Planning, Operations, Customer Master Data & Billing Support to meet customers needs

Communicate and resolve cross functional process issues

Investigation and resolution of customer disputes.Minimum Hiring Requirements:

Bachelor Degree preferred

Working knowledge of SAP and LB Shell is preferred.

Strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments/teams

Must be detail oriented with the ability to follow complex procedures.

Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet required deadlines

Must have strong problem-solving skills.

Must work well in a Team environment and be flexible to adapt with frequent change.Work Hours

This is a office base and an non-exempt position.
