Per Diem Dietitian Allentown, PA Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Per Diem Dietitian to join our long-term care facility in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities for a Dietitian with Phoebe Allentown: Provide direct nutrition care activities such as assessment care planning, documentation, and additional types of nutritional interventions for Resident health and wellness. Maintains responsibility for clinical services regulatory compliance. Nutritional records and staff education. Acts as community resource for staff and Residents in all aspects of nutrition for culinary and hospitality services. Requirements for a Dietitian with Phoebe Allentown:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers

Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania

Working knowledge of building extensions preferred

Minimum 2 years clinical experience in long term care environment
