As a Planning & Scheduling Assistant , you will prepare reports and add detailed information to the systems that will be used to plan and execute packaging and manufacturing work.How will you impact?
Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
Ensures the following scheduling maintenance is completed daily.
Add job steps and start dates to schedule.
Update tooling and system data.
Remove completed job steps and phases.
Update resource needs and room use spreadsheets.
Prepare and communicate staging requirements by 10:30am.
Maintain accurate room assignments for a minimum of 7-day window.
Load expected output information.
Load WIP and Job details as instructed.
Assume any essential scheduling functions in the absence of the primary scheduler.
Prepare daily shift schedule.
Check resources and discuss any concerns with master scheduler.
Monitor KD18 dates and recruit assistance where necessary.
Update Jots.
Attend Backlog meeting and provide updates on progress of jobs.
Attend OPS daily scheduling meeting.
Minimum Qualifications:
Self-motivated, high-energy individual.
Must be computer literate (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and keyboarding skills).
Must be detail oriented with a sense of urgency, strong ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED is required
3 years minimum experience in related or fast paced administrative position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Mastery of skills required to read, understand, and adhere to the SOPs and policies of a GMP environment.
