Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a Senior Analyst II, IT Business Partner, Enterprise Information Management with experience in requirement gathering, Solution discovery, and insights generation using Microsoft Azure platform to join our growing team!

Role Summary:The IT Senior Analyst, EIM role will be directly involved in working close with the business and the EIM team to work on reporting demand, solution discovery & design analytical solutions that meet the business requirements. This individual will be responsible for documenting intake, requirements, wireframes and experienced with solution design, data collection and report/dashboards to support delivery of the analytical solutions.Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:Project Implementation.

Responsible for documenting the intake, requirements, wireframes, and preliminary design of all reporting requests.

Develop detailed data requirements to accelerate development and sprint release delivery.

Develop key reports and KPI's that support the request and report on the success and/or value of those KPI's.

Act as the key liaison across assigned functional areas, including business units, and the Information Technology department. Provide clear information to the business units on prioritization, status, and feasibility of their requests.

Documentation.

Update documentation for all supported EIM applications and ensure documentation is current.

Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.

Testing. Test reporting solutions before releasing them to the Buckeye Business and provide recommendations for application system upgrades and enhancements.

On-Call Support. Provide on-call support during non-business hours to Operations on an as-needed basis.

Customer Service. Provide exceptional customer service.

And other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:3-5 Years of experience working and supporting Business Intelligene teams.

Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

Experience working with requirements and creating end-user training.

Proficiency in reporting and visualization, especially Power BI.

Experince with Microsoft Azure services, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.

Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

Experience working cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
