Restaurant Manager
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania

A minimum of 2+ years current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
Previous background managing high volume (over $3m per year) Full Service Restaurants
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented Hourly employees
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the Allentown area
