Assistant General Manager – Bucks County, PA
Our celebrated and distinguished fine dining establishment seeks to hire an Assistant General Manager.
The AGM will have 4+ years of management experience in a busy and upscale restaurant and bar, with exceptional cuisine. They will be responsible for overseeing the Front-Of-House staff and ensuring excellence in service, with a commitment to superior hospitality.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Hiring, training, and mentoring the FOH staff
Extensive experience in fine dining service
Creation and execution of the weekly schedule to budget
Bi-Weekly Payroll and weekly financial reporting responsibility
Private Event and Special Event coordination and execution
Ability to create and update policies and procedures with approval
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Floor management, alongside your team, closing a minimum of 4 nights and 4 Lunch/Brunch shifts each week - with 2 full days off.
Strong interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with customers, staff, management, and owners.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, and POS systems.
Control seating according to restaurant capabilities and ongoing communication with Chef and hosts.
Develop plans to increase sales through promotional ideas, events and execution
Creatively market the restaurant through all major vehicles – Website, Facebook, Instagram, and direct email marketing from the internal database.
