Grouse Hunt Farms is looking for motivated, hard-working Food Production Workers to join our team and become key components in ensuring the continued high quality and satisfaction that our customers have come to expect. The people in this position must be proactive individuals who value attention to detail and accuracy, are flexible and work very well in a team environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
To assist with a hands-on role in the daily production needs at Grouse Hunt Farms. Production employees assist in the manufacturing of all products made at the facility. In addition to the production itself, employees are also required to aid in preparation as well as cleanup. Food Production Employees report directly to the Food Production Lead of their shift. All employees are required to follow the established Good Manufacturing Processes throughout the facility. Employees should be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be able to stand/bend the entire shift. Hours for this position will vary, but our operating hours range from 4AM to 6PM.
KEY TASKS/DUTIES:
-Help Grouse Hunt Farms produce all orders with efficiency and accuracy
-Be an integral part of the production process
-Maintain an eye for safety and quality
-Communicate effectively with superiors and other employees
-Assist others when needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Food processing experience a plus, but not required
