Duties
Cooking on the line with our small team of Chefs.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Ability to work fast, clean and efficiently while controlling the pace of service - expediting busy services from the kitchen.
Preparing our menu, however adding input to seasonal and dishes infused with beer.
Experience
Candidate should have background in sauté, broiler, and grill stations.
Should have experience in high volume, full service restaurants.
Catering Experience is a bonus.
