The Caring Connection is seeking a Caregiver / Direct Care Worker willing and able to transport a client from Adult Day Care. This specific job would include the following:
-Picking the client up at Adult Day Care at 4pm
-Transporting client to a local restaurant of their choice and assisting them with eating (your meal is paid for by client)
-Transporting client to their home and assisting them with personal care and minor tasks
Shift ends at 7pm or 8pm (depending on your availability)
This specific shift is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4pm to 7/8pm.
All incurred mileage after pick up is paid at a rate of 67 cents per mile on top of your hourly rate.
All Caring Connection applicants must pass a criminal background check prior to being hired and have a minimum of 1 year of senior care experience. You must have your own, insured vehicle and valid driver's license.
Client (female) suffers from dementia but has no behavioral issues.
