We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Handle all duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff, for example, rooming patients, blood draws, simple lab tests, recording vital signs, ear lavages, ekg's, phlebotomy, injections and prescription refills, etc
Communicate with insurance companies for proper prescription procedures
Willing to Travel
NO Holidays or weekends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in clinical healthcare setting or other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work overtime if needed
Bilingual a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor required. Pay is based on experience and qualifications. This position has the opportunity to be Part time/or full time.401k plan offered.
