About The Contract:
This is a 15-week LOCAL contract assignment through Modern Healthcare Solutions, a division of Career Management Group. You will be contracted with us, on assignment with one of our partners in Pennsylvania.
Who You Will Be Caring For:
We care for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their residential homes, provided by our client in PA. Some of these are group homes, while others are single or double residence. The level of disability ranges amongst the individuals we care for. Some are very high functioning who need little assistance, while others may be need more help with activities of daily living.
Nursing Assistants (CNAs and/or Unlicensed Assistants & Aides):
No experience is required; however, it is a plus! Our Nursing Assistants primarily focus on ADLs and assisting the nurses. The certification (CNA) is not required.
Local Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
LPNs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and have at least one year of nursing experience.
Local Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour | Travel stipends may be incorporated if candidate lives over 50 miles from location.
As your agency, we will guide you through all the pre-employment requirements step-by-step. All trainings, health clearance, and/or prerequisite requirements.
